To create the interior of the Taco-House Restaurant in Kyiv, we were inspired by the Aztec pyramids and the Mexican holiday of the Day of the Dead, combining which we created the basis of the vision of our premises. The bright traditional colors that we used in the decoration of the restaurant’s premises go well with the bright Mexican cuisine. Wooden structures under the ceiling form a shape that is stylized as an Aztec pyramid, and the texture of the tree brings us back to ancient times away from the hustle and bustle of a modern city and creates a homely atmosphere. The decorative painting of the ceiling is made with traditional drawings typical of the Day of the Dead. All furniture and most of the lamps are custom-made according to our drawings by Ukrainian manufacturers.
