The future karaoke bar in Kyiv is a place where you can feel like a part of a pleasant event and even create its mood by singing on a stylized stage, surrounded by draped curtains that add to the theatricality of the place.

One of the challenges was the size of the room: elongated and low, it was not very suitable for a karaoke bar. So we decided to make the ceiling dark in color to create the feeling of its absence. There are also vertical lines everywhere in the room, which visually increase the height.

Another difficulty was the square columns that interfered with the seating arrangement and blocked the view of the participants. So we "softened" them by making them round, adding lighting and decor. In order to avoid the impression of eclecticism from the columns, we built the space around them on the play of round shapes: sofas, lamps, tables. We also minimized sharp corners throughout the room: most of the tables, armchairs, ceiling lamps, and the bar are streamlined.

Speaking of the bar, it is one of the accent elements in the interior. We made it with three-layer hidden lighting to achieve the effect of levitation in the air and recreate the impression that the bar is "otherworldly". To create a cozy and natural atmosphere at the bar, we added live plants, and the vertical lines behind reinforce this visual vibe of growth from the bottom up, like a grass stem, a tree trunk.

The basic lighting with pink and blue colors can be flexibly changed with RGB lights, creating your own atmosphere when renting a bar for private parties.
